The Omnibox is the combined address/search bar in Google Chrome. If you haven't started using Chrome yet, it's fast and fun! OK, maybe fun is an exaggeration but it's our preferred browser at On-Site Technical Solutions.
I mention this because it's a feature I take advantage of without thinking about it and I haven't thought to share it. As the video below notes, simply type in a search phrase in a new tab in Chrome and the Google search window opens.
