Better discussions in Google documents

One of the great features of Google Docs is real-time sharing and editing of docs. That's probably the tool we the most at On-Site Technical Solutions, other than simply sharing docs. If we need to talk while we're sharing real-time, that's usually on the phone.

However, sharing documents doesn't always happen real time or when someone's available by phone. To facilitate better communication on shared documents, Google has improved discussions in Google Docs.
So today we’re introducing a better way to provide document feedback—discussions in Google Docs. With this feature, we want to encourage rapid and seamless discussions, help the right people participate, as well as integrate discussions with email in an intuitive way.
