Open files more easily in Google Cloud Connect for Microsoft Office

Google is focused on the ease of opening Microsoft Office Documents with this new feature, but I've been using Google Cloud Connect for Microsoft Office for a couple of weeks now - and I love it for another reason. I create an announcements document weekly for a non-profit organization. That means quickly copying last weeks to create this weeks and then renaming it. I hate to admit how many times I've saved this week's before renaming it, thereby having to restore last week's from the backup because I've just overwritten it. 

With this new tool Google Docs automatically has both versions sitting in our Google Apps Cloud, so all I have to do is open last week's. Whew! Every time the document is saved on the computer in Office, it's also saved in the Cloud. 

Cloud Connect permits us to use Microsoft Office to edit documents and have it available in the cloud via Google immediately. Great for someone still using Microsoft Office who either hasn't or can't migrate to the similar Google Docs tools.
