10 small but brilliant things about Google Plus

I've mentioned a few times how difficult it is to keep up with the constant updates to Google products. Today we'll talk about Google+ even though most of you probably are not using it, at least not often, yet.

Kevin Purdy, writing for Tech Republic, has his 10 small but brilliant things about Google+. Since this article was in Tech Republic, figure this is the view of a geek. I'm not sure I'd characterize these items as brilliant, but once Google rolls + out to Google Apps logins I'll be using it much more frequently, probably at the expense of Facebook.

His 10 brilliant items, just in case you don't to link to a geek publication (he includes a description, not simply a list):

1: Automatic photo uploading from your phone
2: Unlimited photo storage (pretty much) in Picasa
3: Quick, easy, undo-able photo editing, with I’m Feeling Lucky
4: Profiles for better Google search results
5: Keyboard shortcuts, both built-in and add-on
6: Simultaneous YouTube video watching for groups
7: Drag-and-drop sharing
8: The universal Google toolbar
9: Handy chat client to unburden Gmail
10: Post-publish editing… Enough said
