Optical character recognition (OCR) in Google Docs

This is a very convenient tool for converting a PDF to a word processing doc so it can be edited. The conversion keeps the converted image in the new document so any changes that may have been lost can be seen without leaving the new doc. 

I've only used it a couple of times but it's been pretty accurate. And of course it's included as a function of Google Apps.
