This post from Lifehacker discusses a handful of blogging platforms detailing one view of the pros and cons of each. I'm posting this to our blog instead of simply re-tweeting/posting because I have a need to get in my 2 cents worth!
Our business blog for On-Site Technical Solutions is here on blogger.com and I have a personal blog on Posterous. We're going to be moving this business blog to Wordpress so that we can integrate it with our website, which we're also migrating to Wordpress. (Our friend and website developer Jarrett Gucci is an expert at Wordpress and has much great information on that platform.)
What the blogging platform decision boils down to can be as simple as:
If Posterous is too simple and doesn't have enough tools, use Wordpress. It's the best blogging platform available and it's easy to find or hire help to develop. My 2 cents!
