Point, tap, brush and listen - Google Translate for Android

Technology is moving much faster than it ever has in my 25+ year career in technology. This is a wonderful time to be alive.

Think Scotty in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986), (back when I was a relative newcomer to business technology) attempting to talk to a computer in 20th century San Francisco:

You won't be talking to your phone to translate, but forget the keyboard - take a picture and listen to the translation.

Collaborate and edit anywhere with the updated Google Docs for Android

Real-time collaborative editing is one of the most useful features of Google Docs. At On-Site Technical Solutions we edit documents together to brainstorm, solve problems, save time, avoid face-to-face meetings (not that we don't like each other) and just make sure we get things right.

Bringing that feature to Android will make it that much more useful. Now we'll be able to review or make real time edits even if one of us is not in front of a computer. This will make our tablets and phones even more efficient!
