Apps Pricing:57% Of Android Apps Are Free Vs. 28% Of iPhone Apps

As smartphones and tablets take over more of the surfing market the pricing of apps may take on a greater significance. Apple started out with a monopoly on apps and still controls them with an iron fist.

It's going to be interesting to see how apps continue to be priced and if we see a differential on app pricing by platform.
