"Sorting" Google Mail messages using Keywords

Google provides plenty of help on using their products, even as they continue to inundate us with new features across their product lines.

The problem with all that help tends to be finding it. It's usually easiest to simply enter a phrase into the Google search engine. Since it's theirs, we find they do a pretty good job of matching phrases with the help we need.

We now have so much information available to us that sometimes it's hard to keep up with what might be helpful to us. In that spirit I'm going to post helpful tips and tricks for various Google products, focusing on Google Apps and Gmail.
