Contacting Support - Android Market Help

I was surprised at how easy it was to get help when I had trouble downloading the an app to my Droid. I went to this page, clicked call me and they did immediately. I was on the phone for about 1/2 hour and she was very patient and helpful.

Outside of their 6-6 PDT hours only the email option shows up on the page. If on the page while the call center is open, it gives that option too. I guess I shouldn't be surprised - we recommend paying the $50 per year per seat for Google Apps for the support alone. Since we're trying to spend money (sometimes) in the Android Market, it makes sense that Google would do its best to facilitate our use. 


Of course, now I have to get a USB cable for my phone because the available firmware update is too large for ATT to provide without physically tethering the device to a PC. I thought that's why we had wifi...
