How to Fix Internet Embarrassments and Improve Your Online Reputation

Let's start off by saying that most everything you post to the Internet (or that someone posts about you) are probably there forever. Between Google cache and all of the sites and services that can keep those postings forever, it gets near impossible to get a clean slate. 

Having said that, here are some ideas from Lifehacker on how to remove some and at least minimize the visibility of your more embarrassing moments.
